Charged and then dead

I've had my Blaze for a few months and it's been working fine.  I fully charged it overnight and it was working fine for the first few hours this morning, then it died.  I've been trying to charge it, but it just flashes the first red charging bar and never gets any higher.  I've tried charging it in my car, through my computer and with a wall charger.  Nothing is working.

Hi, @marandaclan, try giving your Blaze a restart.  You may need to repeat this two or three times.

 

If that doesn't help it is time to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support at contact.fitbit.com

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

I tried that a few times.  I don't think there is enough juice in the battery to restart.  I get nothing on the screen when I try the reboot.

Did you have any joy? Only my blaze has exactly the same problem, there's not enough juice out of the charger for it to work? My app says the battery has medium charge though?
