Charged my Blaze twice today

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have never had this problem with my Blaze, but I have had to charge my Blaze twice today - don't know why - I made sure it was fully charged this afternoon and have just had to put it on to charge again.   Any idea why?

I have checked the back and the green lights are flashing - it looks clean at the back also.

Hope someone can help

Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart

See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

Thank you, did that yesterday, but have re-done today.   Will see how it goes.

Same issues with my Blaze after 20 months of use. I have done all the recommended steps I've read on this forum to no avail. Battery only lasts 24 hours now, day and a half last week. It seems to be circling the drain. Was lasting 4 -5 days until a couple weeks ago.

Sorry situation that the battery is not replaceable and only lasts 1-1/12 years causing us to replace the whole watch. After several different Fitbits with various issues I'm done. I Just ordered a Garmin and will see if that will last longer.

I've had my blaze for over 2 years, but can't afford to replace it.   I've now turned off everything they advise to see if that helps.

I switched to a Garmin Vivoactive 3 a couple weeks ago so no battery issues yet but floor count is pitifully off. Did 24 sets of steps today and got 0 credit but had 10 floors just walking up a moderate hill.
The grass may not be greener there either😡

Yep mine lasted about a year and a half, with about a three day charge. Now just half a day. Just got the versa. We will see how this one does
