Hi,
I am having trouble charging my Fitbit blaze. I have plugged it into the computer but on the screen of the Fitbit it just has a line like its loading but there is suppose to be a pictire
of a battery. On my phone it says that the Fitbit blaze is very low.

I'm sorry you're having problems getting your Blaze to charge 😕
It sounds like your tracker was loading or being updated. That's strange. Is this a brand new tracker you just got and you're trying to set it up or you already had the tracker paired to your account?
Just out of curiosity, did you notice anything on your app saying that there was an update available or anything like that? If not, I can recommend restarting your tracker and see if this makes any difference. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
Try that out and put it to charge and see if there's any difference.
