Yes, any USB power source should be fine but fitbit recommend that you only use UL certified chargers (most are)

How do you find out if a charger is UL certified.?

There will be a UL listed on the device. 

It stands for Underwriters Laboratory

Thank you, I found a UL certified USB wall charger & plug for 9.99 at Amazon
