Yesterday the new clock faces were enabled on my iPhone 7 Plus. I updated the clock face to Argyle (which I really liked). This morning the vibration alarms that I have set failed to go off, (I presumed that the battery had died during the night as the screen was blank). I plugged into the charging unit and the following message came on screen: Clock Error Go to the Fitbit app and try another clock. I reverted back to the Pop clock face on the app which was ok for a couple of hours and then the screen was blank again. The screen however was lit but changing from black to a dimly illuminated grey. I tried the reset procedure (left and bottom right buttons) the Fitbit logo appeared on screen and then it changed back to the blank nothingness! The heart rate monitor lights are also no longer illuminated. Can anyone please help? The device is only just over six months old.
