My blaze is constantly restarting and as soon as it's on for those 10 seconds it says clock error, i tried uninstalling the app and tried holding the left button and bottom right buttons but nothing will shut it off unless the battery dies. I tried to let it die and I have about a minute before it goes back to clock error and so it won't synch in that amount of time so can't get it to go back on the app. Tried everything i read and can think of short of flushing down the toilet. plz help!

While you can let it die, you have to wait until the screen turns off and then an adittional hour or two, since the display turns off long before the tracker does.

Another way, if you can, is to Swipe to settings, then scroll to shutdown. Tap and confirm.

It does sound like a call into contact.fitbit.com will be needed.
