Clock face won't change back - tried restart and shutting down

My clock face switched to analog. I checked the forum and saw that there was a fix. I have restarted and shut down my Blaze several times. I have attempted to switch to ANY other digital clock face and have had no luck. Still looking at an analog screen, which is not giving me the information that I want. Thank you for any help.

Just do the type of sync you normally do. Opening the Fitbit app will start a sync

After you change the clock face you need to sync it before it will take place.
