Clockface does not appear

The clock face screen does not appear when I swipe right. I have tried resetting to no avail. Please advise. Tks

I seem to remember a similar post to this where the problem was resolved by changing the clock display in the device settings at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/device and then syncing.

Yep @SteveH this seems to work every time.

I think there is not enough of a check process during the sync to confirm the clock face was installed correctly.
