Bought my Blaze in Singapore from Challenger yesterday after confirming online that it works with Samsung S8. Unable to get notifications on my Balze from Samsung. Have tried everything in the posts. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?
By the way Challenger has flatly refused to give a refund even after a trying to return a product in 24 hours and due to compatibility issues. They were not able to resolve the issue either.

Has the app paired the tracker to your phones Bluetooth yet?
Is all ways connected enabled?
Is Fitbit notifications enabled?
In the phone do you receive notifications while the phone is locked?
I assume you have held in the top button and checked that notifications are turned on?
A restart of the phone and tracker has been performed?

of steps, calories etc. Only problem is notifications.
Have restarted tracker and phone, deleted and reinstalled the application.
Bluetooth is on and is always connected.
Have pressed the right top key - just says no new notifications.
The phone receives notifications otherwise.
Is there a service center in Singapore I can take this to?
