Hi hoping someone can help me because I'm totally confused. I have a Fitbit blaze, I also use MyFitnessPal. I am on 1400 Cals and have put in a 1000 Cals deficit. Today I ate 1400 and according to my Fitbit my out put was 2600!! Yet it shoes red?? This is where I'm confused. What does the red, green, yellow, speed dial looking things mean?

A warm welcome to the Community @Lucylou123. The reason why your calories is being in some  way duplicated, is because the food you logged on your MFP account syncs with your Fitbit account. I recommend choosing one app to log your food to avoid duplicating your information.

Now, the Calories In vs Calories Out meter gives you a look at where you are for the current time of day. This will continually update depending on the food logged and your activity level. Your activity level is determined by the steps you take, any exercises recorded by your tracker, and any activities you log manually. As you walk and exercise through the day, your caloric allowance will adjust to let you know how much more you can eat while staying within your goal zone.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
