Hello my fitbit syncs OK and also connects when I set it ready for a run, but as soon as I am running or cycling it loses connection, how can I keep it connected?

Hi there @SimonRY. Good to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems getting your Blaze to sync with your Sony Xperia phone. Now, which Sony Xperia do you have exactly? Just in case, I'd recommend checking the list of compatible devices here to make sure that your phone is fully compatible and that this is not a compatibility issue.
Now, once you've made sure that your phone is fully compatible, I'd recommend probably giving your tracker a restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
Then give it a try and see if that makes any difference.
Let me know how it goes!
