Connected gps

Trying to use connect gps for running. It connected once now won't it says on fit bit check fitbit app. On my phone location is on, and set to high frequency. Fitbit app is on with the track run part open, fitbit phone GPS on. But still says check fitbit app. Frustrating, any help appreciated.

Try the app just on the main screen. I don't know if tracking a run on both wrist and phone causes a problem but it's certainly unnecessary. All you need is for the app to be active.

Let is know if it makes no difference.

Do you have notifacations enabled, and able to receive them?

The GPS uses this channel.

Als do a restart of the phone.

It is frustrating not knowing what phone, so the res5art of the puone and tracker rid jot work. On android i find i have to clear memory of the closed apos.
