Connecting Blaze to a computer

Can the Blaze conntect to a computer?  I am just trying to set it up and have it charging, but am unable to add it to my account.

The way to set it up would depend on what computer and the operating system. 

You might need a fitbit dongle, or possibly could use the charging cable. Take a look at the help doc on setting up. 

About charging, if the Blaze is correctly inserted and the charging cord plugged into a live USB PORT or phone charger brick, you are charging, however the display will not show this

I had a fitbit dongle from my lost cahrge I had and this seems to have worked.
