Connecting, loading music loop

I just got a blaze and have an annoying problem with it. A big reason I got it was to easily control music during workouts or at work.

I have paired my blaze to my phone and everytime I try to control music it says "connecting..." "loading music..." Then it will display my spotify music and let me control it for a split second between looping back to "connecting.." "loading music..." I believe this is causing a hefty drain on my phone and the blaze's battery life.

There was one time it stayed connected and I have no idea how, I have tried everything to get it to stay connected again. If it does not stay connected I have no way of using bluetooth headphones because as soon as it reconnects it loses control. The one time it stay conntected I was able to use the blaze to control music and listen in on my bluetooth headset. I have seen many posts with the same problem and no real help.

Not sure this will solve it for you but ... I encounter this problem when the Blaze and Headphones are both connected to my phone, then the Blaze becomes disconnected. In order for it to get reconnected I had to disconnect my headphones, let the Blaze connect then reconnect my headphones.

The problem is the blaze doesn't peroidically disconnect. It loops through connecting and dissconnecting every single second.

Here is a video example of whats happening, this happens indefenitely. How could they advertise this as something that can control music with so many known flaws?

Copy that, I had the same problem. Are your headphones connected when this
is happening? If yes, try disconnecting them.

If the headphones are connected the blaze cannot connect period. This happens when nothing but the blaze is connected. It destroys my phones battery life and the blazes. If i wanted i device that can't recieve notifications or control music I would of bought the orginal fitbit. What is the point of having a Fitbit Blaze if none of the new features actually work?
