Connecting to MyFitnessPal

I have several MyFitnessPal accounts and my Fitbit is connected to one of them, and I don't have all the passwords and usernames. Is there any way to make all new accounts and maybe reset my blaze so it'll be disconnected without the password? I don't care if all my data gets deleted.

Disconnecting is easy and may done through your Fitbit app. 

Go to account - Security and Login - connected apps. Remove MFP. 

 

Then I would go over to MFP and use the recover password option.
