Connection, transfer to a new phone

I got a new phone and I want to update it onto my new phone but I don't know how to transfer it over.

If you still have your old phone then remove the fitbit from the bluetooth settings.

Then check that your new phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices

If it is then download the fitbit app and logon to your existing fitbit account (no need to go through the setup process again).

If you are changing of phone, as recommended by our friend here, please check if it is a compatible mobile device. Then you just need to download the Fitbit app and your tracker will sync automatically and your information will update as well without an inconvenience.
