Constant problem of tracker not syncing and phone not found issues

Anyone else tired of having to turn stuff on and off to get their Blaze to sync? How about when your blaze cant find your phone when they are sitting side by side? If FitBit was not going to stand behind this tracker they should have not put it on the market in the first place.

what part of Sync now Fitbit does not understand? When I go on my phone and click sync now, I expect it to SYNC NOW. Not hours later when the app gets around to it. I don't want to hear my sync has been scheduled and over an hour later it has done nothing.

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?

@SunsetRunner since your asking about a sync issue through a phone or PC, please be kind enough to include what type of phone, or what OS the computer runs?

@Shelbert82467 if your asking about step count on the Blaze, this is not a sync issue, of the Blaze had the correct count, but the steps won't sync to your Fitbit account, then your having a sync issue.

Got a person to get 1000 in a 5K walk, their stride would have to be 50cm or 19.7 inches, not many will have a stride that small.

What is your Stride set at?

How many steps did you walk during this 5K? Does the step count seem right and have you tested for step count accuracy of your Blaze.

I have an Galaxy S7 and a 2018 ipad and I have to shut down my device every time I want it to sync. It's annoying. Because I no longer get to enjoy any of the features of the blaze because it won't pair with my phone on a regular basis. You definitely are not alone.

Thanks for trying to assist but everything I have has worked in the past
and I feel firbit has oversold trackers and their servers just cant keep
up. So basically I am venting my frustration and hoping fitbit gets the
message.

Yes been syncing to my devices for almost a year now. Just fit bit keeps
changing stuff and not worrying about Blaze owners. If my tracker is set to
all day sync then that is what it should do. I should not have to turn of
and on any device to get it to function period.
