Continous incoming call notification after answering AND when placing an outgoing call

When I receive a call on my phone, my Fitbit notification begins. It continues to notify me even after I have answered the call and am actively engaged in conversation. Additionally, if I place an outgoing call, my Fitbit will begin notifying me that I have an incoming call.

This started happening after I updated my iPhone 7 to iOS 10.13.

Yes mine does the same thing along with not getting text notifications ever since updating my phone to IOS 13.  I did everything that other forums said to do to correct the issue but nothing works. Getting so frustrated!

Mine is doing the same thing!! I have tried everything possible and still no success. It has to be the new update from Apple. I hope they fix this problem quick!!

This last update from Apple, even the 13.1 has been awful. Feel like turning off notifications!

Just adding my +1 to this list.  Definitely correlates to the iOS 13 update.
