I checked the helpful articles similar to my problem and they did help but I couldn't get my phone and Blaze to connect to play my music on my Blaze. I couldn't find my phone on the compatiable list. Someone might know its a LGL62VL or Premier is what my phone says.

Hllo @haleigh95, where you able to pair the Blaze Classic through the Bluetooth menu of the phone?

What music player are you using, and was music playing when you tried to control it through the Blaze?

When I went to the Bluetooth menu on my phone it said that my blaze was already paired, if I clicked on the blaze it gave me the option to unpair I did that but once I exited out and came back it just said the were already paired. I was using Spotify and did have my music playing. Thanks!

Yes your Blaze Low Energy Bluetooth is paired, your Fitbit app did the Pairing.

As the instructions say,

on the Blaze swipe over to the settings menu, tap the screen, swipe up and stop at Blaze classic, tap Blaze Classic untill it says pair..

Now go to the phones Bluetooth and tell it to connect to Blaze Classic.. Accept it first on the Blaze then on the phone.

Once Blaze Classic is paired music control should work.

This is explained in your user manual that is found in the searchable interactive help site, link below as help.

I also tried that from the user manual before I posted this, my phone never would show blaze classic on the Bluetooth menu ? It just said blaze connected from before. Is there another area I am suppose to be looking.

I just got a Blaze and had difficulty connecting. When I disconnected my headset and first paired my phone with the Blaze, the music setting worked. I then turned my headset on and it was still paired.  The only thing is that the song titles don't match, but I can live with that. Hope this sheds some light on your situation
