So I'm 99.99% certain that my Blaze was stolen by a coworker. After mine went missing, this person has a pretty shady story as to how they acquired it (said they bought it from a friend for $50 and then also had to buy a charger, but they still have the box presumably). I've contacted the retailer I've purchased my Blaze from and can acquire the serial number via them, but I would like to also acquire the serial number from Fitbit to see if they can track it's use and/or help me prove that it's actually mine. Is there any way I can get help via Fitbit on this issue or am I SOL?

Thats easy if it is still connected to your account.
Simply force a sync, if the tracker is nearby and syncs,. Your phone will have the same step count that is on the tracker.
Now if the tracker is slowy ahaken up/down, the phone app will start displaying live data, which will match yhe trackers.

So he stole your phone and removed the Blaze from your account as well?

the Blaze does not have any sort of activation lock to prevent a stolen Blaze from being setup to another Fitbit account (this isn't an Apple Watch). Along the same lines, Fitbit does not provide a factory reset. Kinda disappointing because Fitbit is the leading vendor of activity trackers.

@honglong1976 the finder of a fitbit tracker only has to connect it to their fitbit account, the tracker then will be removed from the other account.
@WhippoFit if you know the fitbit address your coworker uses. You might be able to get support to confirm what you suspect. They would need yours and his address
