Cracked Screen Options Fitbit Blaze

Today I tripped and through some stroke of luck, my fitbit's screen cracked even though I held my arm in the air so that it would not touch anything.

I contacted customer support and they offered me a 20% discount off of a new one. There is no way I am paying $150 for something I already payed $200 for. Especially if it did not even break on impact.

Are there any cheaper options to fix this issue or do I just have to be angry because I've only had it for a month.

I'm afraid fitbits don't tend to be repairable. If the crack is bad enough that you need to do something then you'll need to replace it. Unfortunately the warranty terms (see www.fitbit.com/returns for details) don't cover accidental damage (which is typical for warranties) which is why fitbit can't replace it.

I am really sorry but there is no way to repair it.

Here is the warranty if you want to read it
