I'm afraid fitbits don't tend to be repairable. If the crack is bad enough that you need to do something then you'll need to replace it. Unfortunately the warranty terms (see www.fitbit.com/returns for details) don't cover accidental damage (which is typical for warranties) which is why fitbit can't replace it.

My screen just cracked out of no where. It is one year older of July 24th I'm gutted
