Purchased a Fitbit blaze a month ago for 250$, ended up with a cracked screen from one of the two unprotected edges of the watch, which they tell you to wear all the time and no matter what activity you are involved in if you catch this edge your guaranteed to break your screen and there is zero support, replacement or repair for the device, as stated by many others all they offer is. 25% discount on a new one. Why would anyone waste another 250$ just to expect it to be damaged within a month and this is from being extra cautious and taking good care of it, also had screen protector on thankfully or I can imagine it would have shattered. Maybe if your going to sell such a delicate device maybe the wrist bands should be designed to protect all 4 edges.

A warm welcome to the Community @Nate_29.
I am sorry to hear about your Blaze damage inconvenience and I appreciate the feedback provided. For more information about our warranty policy, I recommend taking a look here. Also, keep in mind that you can use that 25% discount to purchase any of our trackers (except the new ones). You can check this page, where you will be able to compare all of our trackers and see if there is one that might like you besides the Blaze.
Catch you later.

What are these computer generated answers because you guys just repeat yourselves instead of taking initiative in solving this issue with a delicate product sold with no protection guaranteed, designed in such a way to take damage to force customers to buy new ones or there would be more of a solution than telling people to buy another one not pleased with product and the way their so called warranty works. Will not be repurchasing this model or any other Fitbit if this is how things are dealt with, if purchasing I recommend taking great consideration on whether or not how active you are because if you brush your arm against your pillow your device might break.
