Cracked screen on my Blaze

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
I have had my Blaze for 4 months and like many of you the screen is cracked. Fitbit have refused to assist as I purchased mine using Airline rewards points (an unauthorised seller in their opinion). To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Having used Fitbit devices for the last few years I will no longer support their organisation and am looking for a tracker from a different company. Brick bats to Fitbit!!!!!

Welcome to the Community @Jenny0552. I am sorry to hear about your experience with support. It's weird to hear that they didn't offer you a solution for this. I recommend contacting them one more time but this time you can do it via phone or chat and please check our warranty policy.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

They offered a solution of sorts- go back to the unauthorised reseller to see what they can do.
The point is the device carries the Fitbit brand and ultimately they are responsible for the poor design that results in cracked screens. They should rectify the design and not hide behind their warranty.

le to replace my broken Blaze which has also failed! Now they refuse to do anything else because they have already replaced the pebble once! Their warranty and service sucks for a device that I spent over $226.80 for less than 8 months ago!!!

Where did you buy this from? I have not experienced the cracked screen problem, but I did offer a solution to at least prevent it a while back.
