Only been wearing for 4 weeks and on holidays noticed screen was cracked. I can't recall anything I did so not sure what happened. I sent an email to contact support but it has been ignored. I have worn a watch for 6 years with barely a scratch so trying to work out the point of the Fitbit Blaze watch if it is so fragile. I really don't know what my options are given Fitbit are ignoring my email. Any solutions would be appreciated?
Best AnswerHello @gmcollins, for a look at your option,I would look at the warranty, link found at the bottom of the page.and is at http://www.fitbit.com/returns
I would set yoir browser to http://contact.fitbit.com You will find several options, including the best phone number for your registered location, email, online live support, and twitter. In general twitter will get an answer within 2 hours and phone and live syport will be. Immediate
Best AnswerThanks Rich, but I used the contact customer support email but had no reply. There are no local numbers in Australia and I guess that's why I have been ignored. Not sure Fitbit should be allowed to be sold here if they won't reciprocate or have any local service. Expensive mistake by the looks eh
Best AnswerI would go back to the contact support page. You missed the Twitter and thr live Internet support.option.
There also is Facebook and Skype.or a similar program.
Web based international calling at https://www.poptox.com
Then there are several apps like OTO, CFC, and IUV
Best AnswerThanks again Rich. I did try the live messaging service via the link you directed me to and very happy with that service 😊
