Can someone help my Blaze is only a month old? I'm wandering if I’m going to have the same problems as my other Fitbit.

@Debs6941 have you cleaned the contacts with isopropyl alcohol.

If the above doesn't work and if you have the cradle plugged into a USB port on your PC or Laptop then try plugging it into a different USB port in case there is an issue with the USB port itself. If you are using a wall adapter then try using your computer USB port instead. (I know it may seem silly, but it's worth a shot)
