Deactivating Blaze's reminders to move

Since the recent update, my Blaze now notifies me each hour how many steps I need to take. This resulting in a brief vibration and then the notification on the screen. Is there any way to turn this off?

This is the "Reminders to Move" you can turn them off via the app.

@gloryatsea  As @bendskibum stated you can turn that feature off from the App.  Click on the Account tab, then click Blaze, then "reminders to move".  From there you can turn on or off.
