Hi I don't use my hr on my blaze just never liked the idea of seeing my heart going lol but love the blaze 

I got the update for sleep and has changed saying I'm only sleeping 4 hours and I know I'm sleeping longer so is it showing me deep and light sleep now? IMG_0006.PNG

Yes it was a change that was made called sleep stages. Read about the update here:
