How do I delete my profile? I want to create a new profile with new email, password and other info.

Hi there @67Rubies, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I can sure help you with this. I'd just like to make sure first, because you can change the email address on an existing account and also the password but the info will remain the same and you can easily do this by going on your computer to your Fitbit account. Here, click on the gear icon at the top right corner, go to the Settings and here just type in the email box the new email you'd like to use and then enter your current password. Once you've done this, right underneath the email address box, you'll see the Reset Password option. This will only change email and password but all the information will remain there.
Now, if you'd like to give up this account and start fresh with a new one with a different email address and password, you can just log out of the Fitbit app and hit the "Join Fitbit" option. Then, just create your account and finally, set up your tracker to your new account. The other account will just stay there and will give you no problem at all. Now, if you'd like to get rid of it, let me know so that I can forward your case to the Support Team for them to provide further assistance with this as it can only be done by them.
