I want to start fresh with my food logging. How can I remove an entire week or day? I only see instructions on how to remove individual food items with in each day, which then will remove the day when nothing is logged. But that's a lot of work for year back.

The + and - put them in one at a time and take them out one at a time.
The best way to be able to "block delete" stuff is to start creating meals @Justtice
The meals are custom created by adding in a number of individual items; but, they are grouped so when you delete the meal, you delete all the members of the meal - a little quicker. I really like that meals can be modified too as you add to your calorie intake or subtract. Just a little more personal control.

Best AnswerThanks. Still VERY time consuming.... when you have years of meals logged.
I was hoping for a way to delete a entire week or day at a time.

Look at the bright side, demonstrates how carefully you selected from that common single item database over the years, great stick-to-it-tive-ness 🙂 You are a serious fitbit.
