Deleting unclimbed floors from Blaze

Does anyone know of a way to delete unclimbed floors from the Blaze? There has been a few times when I have gotten credit for far more floors that I have not climbed than those that I have climbed in a day. I have tried to reach out to Fitbit with no help.

Welcome to the Community @Blazeuser88! If you contacted Customer Support via email, they should reply within 2 days.

 

Regarding your question, as my dear @WendyB mentioned you're able to delete floors by logging driving as an activity. However, it will also delete other data that was tracked during this time.
