Device not charging

I have Fit bit purchased in 2016 and Jun 2019 suddenly stopped working. I thought the charger might have gone bad so purchased new one but still the Fit bit Blaze is not charging. Called up the service helpline followed the steps like clean the charger and blaze leads, press the left and right button but nothing works. Now they are saying, this is out of warranty and even of battery has a issue - can not be done any thing. They do not have any service support in India. Need to throw in dust bin. 

Is it really a worth to buy a fit bit just for 3 year life and no service support in India ????
