I’ve had so many issues with my Blaze in the last six months ,and they keep getting worse with every iOS update.

 

I don’t know about most of you but I can’t afford to constantly have to buy a new watch when eventually it just becomes just a watch and I could go back to my old 1980s swatch. Between all the issues of the blaze continually vibrating or buzzing when I receive a phone call or any kind of “active call”, To it not syncing  or to not counting steps. To not tracking sleep for an entire night, or heart rate. And biggest one, not even staying charged for a full day. 
I’ve been a loyal user since I bought this one a few years ago. I even bought my family (kids and husband) the cheapest Fitbit’s so we could have fun doing weekly or daily challenges. 
I know technology changes, but I feel like this specific model became extinct as soon as a new one came out. 

I run and love the ability to connect it to strava to track anything over 20 miles, or 50k distance. I hate to switch, but it might be time to find a time tested running smart watch that can upgrade. 
I am really disappointed that I worked hard to make a big purchase. I’m mean $200 for a watch that now no longer works as intended.. now to do it over. Not sure I want watch

I emailed support. They basically offered me a coupon, which is no more than a savings of a new Fitbit at Target or Kohls. I am really upset and not sure I want to be a Fitbit customer vs apple watch or a garmin for my next one, when the products don't last more than 2 years and when I paid $199 for a new Fitbit I didn't buy the extended warranty, but now I know better. Mine now only stays charged for about 6 hours at a time. I hate looking at my watch for the time.. Only to see its a black screen.
