Difficulty ordering

I have been a loyal Charge HR customer and would like to get a Blaze. I've placed an order for one four times twice online and twice over the phone with customer service but still haven't received updates. I was on the phone with the customer service rep for 45 minutes but she was not able to help me. I've sent multiple emails  but no response. Is this item backordered?

I think your best choice is to contact Fitbit, none of your awsome fellow Fitbit users will have an answer tor you. plus not knowing what you ordered doesn't help, not really since none of us have access to Fitbits stock manifest.
