Disappointed in the lack of support from Fitbit

I've had the blaze for 9 months and now it is acting erratic, adding steps randomly (like gave me 20k steps the other day).

The lack of support from Fitbit is unbelievable. I'm really disappointed -  they really just don't care about keeping customers happy. After trawling through forums, I've realised I won't get anywhere. 

 

So I'm buying a Garmin instead. I just want to tell anyone who has issues. They won't help you - they just want you to upgrade and buy another Fitbit! Buy a Garmin, buy anything but a Fitbit.
