Disappointed with Fitbit blaze and support team

My FITbit blaze's glass screen which is not even 2 months old broke on its own!! I got it as a birthday gift from my husband. I saw some post here where people confirmed that there Fitbit got replaced without any hassle and to me Fitbit is offering 25% off to buy one more. Am too shocked to see their solution that when I am already facing an issue on a damm new Fitbit why would I invest in 1 more!! It's like a total loss situation for me and win win for Fitbit and my another worry is on what basis they decide to replace the Fitbit. I think they should have some strict policy by now.. have lot more to say but I doubt if that would matter anyways!! Too disappointed to recommend Fitbit any further!!

The fitbit policy is at www.fitbit.com/returns

In there is a clause that says the warranty doesn't cover accidental damage. I guess the issue you have is that you haven't been able to persuade customer support that your glass screen cracked totally on its own as a result of a product defect and not as a result of accidental damage.

I must admit, I would find it difficult to image how a glass screen would crack without a little help.

Sorry fitbit hasn't worked out for you. I hope you have better luck with the alternative you choose.

Hi

At first I am not able to understand that how can I convince Fitbit, I am
not always under CCTv or something that I can show them a recording. They
should trust their customers to an extent and moreover when they have
already seen such issues in the past. I have read many posts in the
community stating the same situation!! had there been a case that for all
those issues in the past they had offered 25% off i would have never come
back but why such biased decisions??

Am not asking for a complete replacement have already told them that
otherwise watch is working fine. It would be good if they can offer to fix
the glass at least. 25% off is of no use to me,

P.S My watch is not even 2 months old. How can you expect me to spend 75%
more on a new watch!!
