My first Fitbit was the charge. Only months after owning it, the band bubbled then split away from the device. It was under warranty, so they sent me another one, and in a few months, did the same thing. Now I have a fit bit blaze that is not even 2 years old, and the battery dies in hours after a full charge, and the HR monitor quit working. Since it’s past the year warranty, the best they can offer me is 25% off of a new devise. I love Fitbit, but there is no way I’m dishing out a couple hundred dollars for a new one that I doubt will last more than 2 years. I disappointed because I love the functions of the Fitbit, but I really don’t trust that any of the devises are built to last. I think it’s time to go in a new direction.

Why did you buy the Blaze if your experience with the Charge led you to believe they didn't make good products?

That’s a great question. I guess I was willing to give them another chance by purchasing what I believed would be a better product. I was wrong.
