After 4 online chats (each taking about 15 mins), where I was asked to do a series of tests, I was told I could get a 25% coupon off another purchase!
This really made me happy! I enjoy spending $200 on a product that lasts 13 months, and really look forward to spending more money on another product. I was told that "our Engineers strive to make the best product possible" this really warms my heart, I can't wait to buy another fitbit product!

I'm sorry you had to go through this process. I totally understand where you're coming from but this is the alternative that our team will offer when users are already out of warranty which in my personal opinion is more generous than other companies in the market.
