For over a week no matter how many times I reboot the face will not come back. Still works and syncs and on angle can see the light of the screen but no face!! Now hate this watch!!! Any recommendations apart from getting my money back? HELP!

I'm afraid the restart procedure is the only real tool we have to address these sorts of issues. As this is not working for you it sounds like your Blaze may need to be replaced.
If you can exchange it at the store you got it from then that may be the easiest solution. Otherwise you can contact customer support via one of the options in this link:
