I’ve had my blaze for 15 months and just recently the battery would not hold its charge any longer than an hour. I talked with customer support and they could not offer a replacement as it is 3 months over the warranty. They offered me 40% off a new one. My question is why would I buy a new one? When they do not stand behind their product. This is not the first Fitbit I have owned but it will now be my last. My last one lasted 2 years which I then bought another one thinking that the Blaze would be a better option. Obviously not!
I will now be looking elsewhere for my next fitness tracker!

I have the same issue - shows full battery when in the charger as soon as you take it out it goes red and then screen goes black.
I have been talking to support and got no suggestions as to what to do to fix it. They said it would be replaced under warranty BUT because this one was replaced already from a previous faulty Charge HR (and original purchase date counts as the start of the warranty) then TOUGH.
Why would you buy another Fitbit product when clearly there are issues with battery life on them? - This is the 3rd one we have had problems with

I been having the same issue. I have been reading on this help forum and restarted my blaze but it didn't do anything. It will charge on the stand but as soon as I wear it the battery is drained within a couple of hours. This is my 3rd fitbit and it sounds like I have to look for something else to use for my running. All the Fitbit products I have bought were either recalled or they don't make them anymore within a year and then you are left nothing.
