I go for exactly the same bike ride every morning and track on blaze. Recently the total km is decreasing - used to be 14km and now down to <12km. Any ideas?

Hi there @Ernesto48. Great to see you in the Forums! 🙂
I'd like to know... whenever you go out on your bike and track this activity on your Blaze, do you do it making sure that it connects to the GPS on your phone or do you do it just like that?
If your tracker doesn't connect to the GPS on your phone, distance might not be very accurate sometimes but making sure it does connect to the GPS on your phone, distance should be way more accurate. Just be sure that when you start tracking this activity on your Blaze, you see the notification that it has connected successfully. For this, you need to have location services enabled on your phone and the app running at least in the background.
If you need more help, let me know. I'll be happy to help!

If you are using SmartTrack, use exercise mode with Connected GPS:

if exercise mode with Connected GPS is not accurate, good luck! That is why I continue to use a bike computer.
