Distance in inaccurate

I walk on a track 3 miles because it is label 0.6 for each lap and i always do 5 laps. The distance on my fitbit glaze once ive finish only calculates .77 for the total distance. Ive tried adjusting the stride length several times and it still falls way below. I have a Galaxy Note 5 and i sm very fustrated!!!

It seems like some other users have been experiencing also problems with their distance not being recorded accurately but our team is already aware of this and they are working hard to get a solution. Adjusting the stride length was the best thing to do and if after that, you're still not getting accurate results for distance, please be patient while our team gets a fix for this.

I too am having the same problem, plus my tracker is no longer recording active minutes.
