Distance on my bike is 15,4 km on my blaze it is only 1,4 km

Today I did a ride on my bike for 15,4 km. My blaze only say's that I had 1,4 km. On Sunday (the first time I used the bike exercise) I had the same problem. 10km on my bike blaze said only 2,4 km. Believe me it was realy 15,4 and 10 km. Why isn't my blaze tracking the right distance?

Did you have the phone with you, and a good GPS connection? 

What does the map of your ride look like?

Yes I had a good GPS connection in the map I can see the whole route I toke.

When I walk everything is working fine. It is just on my bike.
