May be a dumb question. I've found no reference, so here it goes: I've used the Bike exercise and tried to connect with GPS. Have since fixed. However I did use the Bike without GPS as well as Workout, Treadmill and Elliptical. My question is this: On most of these exercises I have hit the Pause button (on bike ride I reached my destination), but sometimes when I return to this exercise to resume, it no longer exists. So did they timeout?
I'll try to explain as I'm not sure I'm using these Exercises correctly. Say I ride my bike to the lake, take a 10 minute break, and then ride home. Do initiate the Bike with GPS for my ride to the lake and say Done when I get to the lake, take a break and start another Bike exercise when I ride home or can I pause my trip at the break and resume when I return home? The latter is my preference but it looks like the exercise task is no longer there. Just trying to figure what might work better. Thanks for any help.

@Rookey I hope you're doing well! You should be able to pause the bike activity by pressing on the right lower button. and then resume it by pressing on that button again. The screen will turn off, but if you press the left button you should be able to get it back and see the bike activity screen again and resume the activity.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!

Hi SantiFitBit. I tried what you mentioned today. I did a GPS-connected bike ride. The GPS mapping was fairly accurate except that it was off by 2.5 miles. Noticed on the map where the 2.5 mile gap was not logged either. Not sure if my phone lost GPS, was under some high-power electric lines or my bike computer (wireless Sigma) messed with the GPS conection. I'll try again since this ride was pretty convoluted with lots of stops, turn-arounds, etc. !st time with the connected GPS, so I'll keep trying.
Thanks

@Rookey I hope you're doing well! The GPS signal may get blocked if you are underground, near tall buildings, or as a result of atmospheric effects. Feel free to check this article about GPS accuracy.
