Do I have to start a new activity when I change from weight lifting to run?

Im New to my blaze fit bit and have a question on exercise training.  If I'm in the weight lifting mode will it recognize my running at the end of my workouts or do I have to complete the weights workout and then open a new exercise in the cardio/running tracking ?

Hey, @MeagB! Welcome aboard! Man Tongue Well in this case it is better for you to finish your weight lifting workout and then start the running tracking mode, this way you will get the most accurate results since these two are very different type of exercise.
