Still having problems synching my Blaze to my Android and then up to the web. As recently as 3 months ago, all I had to do from the phone was press on the fitbit icon; watch the little progress bar move around for 2-3 seconds and instantly I would be synched and information would be on the web site. It now longer does that. Seems a shame, as I just joined the YMCA... would like to stay abreast of my efforts..
Trying to figure out what's up; already removed and re-installed Blaze on the Android yesterday... before I removed it, I notice a "Blaze Classic" in bluetooth settings..... when is this option used? Do I use this to synch with Pandora on my radio (not synching any longer, either..). After re-install of the Android Blaze, I now just have the Blaze bluetooth and no classic.... help? Android has been reset many many times and the same for the Blaze...
Thanks,
Mark

@SunsetRunner let's start with the easiest, the Baze Classic is used for controlling music on the phone, nothing syncs through the classic. You want the music app to be playing a song before you try to control the plaurr.
Blaze classic gets paired the way a speaker would. Got to the settings on the blaze and change the Bluetooth to pair.. Open the phones Bluetooth an. Pair the classic.
Is the Blaze syncing your data?

Hi Rich,
Well... to tell you the truth... I checked the settings on the Blaze and noticed the Classic was set to "off". I set it to on and went to fitbit on the Android and it immediately synched!! The other day, it applied the latest firmware, so I'll have to say it syncs only when it wants to, it seems. Will wait till tommorrow and see what it does... but when it DOES sync it does it rather quickly.
Have worn myself out on Wolfenstein II today (4-5 hours of blasting away the bad guys) so I'm going to call it quits for the day - I'll check back in tomorrow morning. Night all....
