Just got my Blaze today. I’m not planning to wear it while I’m sleeping. Should I “shutdown” at night?

You can shut it down if you want and it won't make a difference in the results. The software will continue to credit your calorie expenditure based on your Base Metabolic Rate (BMR) even if it does not measure any steps or heartbeats.

Just press any button to turn it on.. The downside because it has been off the clock might also be wrong.. To set it the first thing you will have to do is sync the tracker.
My feeling is to leave it on, but not by your alarm clock of fan. The vibe rations have been known to give steps.

It's great to welcome you @LouManning. @wtksk8r and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.
I have nothing more to add here, I think that our friends have replied to your inquiry. I just would like to know if there's anything else you want help with? For more information about the Blaze, keep in mind that you can always take a look at the manual.
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
