I have had the Blaze for less than a week and really like it and much more than the HR my wife uses (she likes my Blaze better and we might sell her HR to get another Blaze).
It does everything I want in a watch/fitness device. I looked at many other items including the iWatch and none of them sold me on features vs cost ratio and when combined with the option to swap out bands. - Tremendous !
The competitions within the app are great -
I use the Blaze as a 'tool' and starting point to monitor HR and activity plus have a few other features. By day, I do developing work (software, etc) and spend too much time seated and on the weekends, I am a wedding photographer.
It is easy to check the time with a slight turn of my watch and 'schedule' reminders for each activity within the wedding day.
Combine all of these with the fun steps calculations and other items within the app, the Blaze is a tremendous tool for anyone attempting to increase and monitor activity in their life.
My goal on a normal day is 10k steps and at the end of the day, if I am a few thousand off, I go for a walk in my attempt to surpass my self-proclaimed goal.
I added a 'fancy' third party band and it is the nicest watch I owned in my nearly six decades on this great planet!

Hello @drFrank, @racertempo, @AdamMSC and @Fands! It's great to have you here 🙂 Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with the Blaze. I must admit that it has been a great motivator after my therapy and I love the option to remove the wristbands!
Hope to see you around more often! 🙂
