Yes it does. Though sometimes there have been problems

NO, you must be connected to your phone and phone has to be connected to a network cell to catch new time or you must set it manually. Blaze by itself does nothing! Blaze has to sync with your phone.
I had that bad experience on a cruise without having my phone with me ...

On the app you’ll need to go to account and then advanced settings, the very top one mentions Time Zone.  From there you can have it on so it’s set to change automatically or off. 

The only peoblen is the active hours then changes, mine this morning says 8.00 to 18.00 instead of 9.00 to 18.00
