Does the Blaze use heart rate tracking to register sleep?

I wasn't able to find a clear answer online. Does the Blaze use its heart rate tracking functionality to determine when you are sleeping, or does it use the same motion based tracking used in other models?

It uses both. RHR (resting heart rate) and motion are both factored into the automatic sleep calcluation.
