Loved this watch until it stopped receiving text messages. Costume care responds with “we understand we’re working to solve the problem”. Pass in Fitbit and go to another brand. To much money for it to now work and this just shows that down the road the others will start to go as well with phone upgrades.

I agree 100%. My Blaze won’t charge anymore just over a year. Complete waste of money. Got the cookie cutter Fitbit response and offer for 25% off my next purchase. Terrible company that doesn’t stand by their products.

Haha- guess cause I was the sucker that kept upgrading! Went from a Flex- diedx2 to Alta HR- died and then a Blaze- dead.
